Sprting Heel Jack was a pranskter in 1800's London. He appeared to have either a superhuman jumpig ability, or else he had some kind of device that allowed him to leap from street level to the roofs of buildings. he was not, as some legends say, a killer. Jack merely frightened women & policemen, and most believe he was a harmless practical joker.
