this is a case of astral projection. i don't know if you know what it is but that is it. your spirit leaves your body and travels to the astral plain that can be anything you want it to be. it happens weather you want it to or not b/c you are so in tuned w/ it it just happens. i frequently wake up w/ scratches or marks on my body that have happent in your "dream state" i have done much research on it and astral projection is in my religion so it was not hard to figure out how the marks or scratches got there. there isn't really a way to stop any of this. the only thing i can think of that will help it stop is go to a long time practicing witch that know more about the matter.
