First of all remember Vince? Didn't he tell Derek that there are just some things the mind can't handle. Well, I think Derek's brother Adam is trying to tell Derek to start listening to his intuitive self. That how it starts, you know. The second thing...the seeing things out of the corner of your eyes...first step in psychic sight. Sounds like Derek is a psychic in progress and if he doesn't start looking into it and himself further - when he really gets "open" - it's gonna be sink or swim time, for real! How do I know...I've been a channelling psychic since the age of 9 but hadn't fully come into my abilities until 1977 at the time, I was 25 - I'm now 48. Those nightmares aren't thing after Derek that "thing" in the dark cave is the unknown. His fears that he should face starting with listening to his brother.
