It was this year on Halloween that this experience of mine happened. My friends Ally and Kelsi and I were at my dad's house and were planning to walk to a supposed haunted house that was next door to Ally's cousin's house. We had arrived at my dad's house at about 5:00 and weren't gonna go Ally's cousin's until about 7:00. My dad left us in charge of passing out candy to kids when he took my little brother trick-or-treating and while he was gone we decided that we should go investigate in the backyard. I stayed in the carport to hand out candy and Ally and Kelsi went. They heard a soft voice by the neighbor's fence and saw big footprints in the dirt and when Ally steped on it, it didn't make a shoeprint. The footprints led to the back of my dad's shop/garage and there they saw a ghostly shadow. They ran for their lives and came and told me what happened. Shortly after that was when we went to Ally's cousin's house and took pictures in a large creepy field below it and heard the bushes rustling. After that we went to the haunted house next door to Ally's cousin's and we had to break in to actually take the pictures and leave. Ally had to reach through the dog door and unlock the door and we could smell a nasty stench in the house. We snapped a few pictures and left.
A couple of days later we got the pictures developed and found several ghostly orbs in them. All together in the pictures, we counted almost 100 of them! Most of the orbs were in the pictures of the field. One of the pictures revealed a sort of ghostly, foggy mist. That was in none of the other pictures. A lot of our friends at school didn't believe the things in the pictures but we still have our proof. That was one of the scariest nights of our lives.
