Dear Freakylinkers,

You all have many thoughts on what Derek's dream may mean. So, I thought I would add my two cents.
First of all, a note to Derek. You live in Florida or something right? Well, if you are having so much trouble with these dreams, I suggest you go and see a fourtune teller of some kind or a dream interrpreter, trust me they can help. They can tell you what it all means.
As far as the dream goes, my thoughts on it are, like everyone else Adam is trying to tell Derek something. What??? Who knows???
The static, t.v stuff, was there anything that Derek did before he died. Did he make a movie explaining things, why, what, who? Or maybe he taped something that he shouldn't have and by licking it off Derek's finger in the dream, maybe he's explaining that's what killed him. What he taped. Someone found he taped it and tried to get him. Go through his stuff and look for a tape or something, there may be something Derek was meant to see. Maybe that's why Adam was phoning Derek and his girl before he died, telling them where to look.(By the way, what did he say to his girl? Did she tell you?)
The symbol, maybe Adam knew something was happening to him, and that is how he got some answers. A palm reader, hence the hand in the symbol, and the eye in the middle could be the eye that saw his future.
Maybe you should read the page it was written on, why page 167?? Why not 256 or page 8. Read the page and maybe it will explain what he was telling you in his dream. 'Lamb to the slaughter' etc.
In the last letter, Angela made a good point. These dreams seem to reflect some of the 'adventures' you have been having recently.
They are affecting you in some way. Maybe becuase of Adam or maybe just because you need to rest a bit.
And as far as the playing catch with Adam, that is probably just Adam missing you. The blood he had on him represents his death but you guys playing catch sort of tells you that he misses you and what you guys did together. And no matter how mad or upset you get at him or anyone, he will always be there for you. That's why he wasn't mad when you threw the ball to hard and hurt him. He will always be there for you.

I don't know if my theories are right, but it's just my input on the situation.

Message to Derek: Don't worry, you need to relax and be calm. I know it must be hard, but you don't want to loose yourself in you dreams. Keep your friends by your side and don't shut them out. Good-luck.
