Interesting... suggests Nexus is 'infecting' people with this belief that if they take this potion, the 'gods will give them wisdom'... BUT, if there is no 'truth' to the idea, then anyone who tries to 'drink the Kool aide' is a doomed victim.

Could explain the suicides of Dr Winston Avery, Adam Barnes, and possibly Derek. Puts a very sad spin on it all.
