I am relly looking into the dream thing and o.b.e.s but i have some questions like when im in a obe, what kinda things should i keep in mind for i know about the differnt planes and such, but what if i start thinking about things like, whats for lunch tomarrow at school will be transported to school, and see the next day and whats for lunch or will some thing stupid happen and i like see my self as school lunch?

and for the dream thing when i keep my log of dreams what should i try to learn from them.?

i thank you for this help and i used like for spells so far i am new to spells so i used things that would not have a negative effect on other ppl.like befor i did any spells i did this protection chant during the last full moon and then i did the spell of good luck and i did a rain spell,when i did the rain spell it started to rain but it was like ice rain cause it's like 20 degresse out. im sorry for my spelling and lack of structure of sentneces
