Okay. Let me tell you my story. I had a 'Halloween Dance' at school. I am 16 years old. I was having fun and all, until something just hit me. I felt like I wasn't really there. It scared me half to death. I ended up leaving the dance early. This feeling has been going off and on. It really bugs me. It seems like everything's just a dream, sort of. Somebody please give me some tips, or least tell me if you can relate to this.
