(WINTER PARK, FL) - Orlando-based GMD Studios announced today that it had acquired leading affiliate-program content site ReveNews.com from Arizona-based developer ImagineOne. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

GMD Studios and ImagineOne launched ReveNews.com as a joint venture in late 1998. GMD Studios (who had been publishing ReveNews.com on a contract basis) will now be responsible for developing ReveNews.com's overall strategy and approach.
